• Optimizing the layout and utilization of space within buildings to suit occupants.
• Planning office layouts, seating arrangements, and space allocation.
3. Health and Safety Compliance:
• Ensuring all facilities comply with H&S, and environmental regulations.
• Managing Life safety systems.
4. Energy and Sustainability Management:
• Monitoring energy usage and implementing energy-saving initiatives.
• Reducing the facility’s environmental impact by adopting sustainable practices like water conservation, green energy usage, and waste reduction.
5. Groundskeeping and Landscaping:
• Maintaining outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, and parking lots.
• Snow removal, pest control, and irrigation system management.
6. Project Management:
• Engineering project management,
• Managing budgets, timelines, and contractors for facility improvements.
7. Vendor and Contract Management:
• Handling relationships with third-party vendors (suppliers, contractors, etc.).
• Negotiating contracts for services like catering, cleaning, or maintenance.
